The company is solely focused on Eagle Rock's owned assets and does not third-party manage Position Summary: We are seeking a professional and personable Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Human Resources department with administrative functions and enhancing employee engagement. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and a passion for improving the workplace environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the smooth running of all HR processes.
  • Manage employee records and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Provide support in recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks.
  • Help facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Assist with answering employee queries.
  • Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Coordinate training sessions and professional development initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in an HR role or administrative position or previous internship preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
