Human Resources Coordinator

We are excited to partner with a financial services client looking to strengthen their internal HR and recruitment team by adding on some new talent! We are seeking candidates with a strong academic background, an ability to deliver quality work and extensive experience with administrative and logistics work.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operations within the recruitment and onboarding cycle
  • Provide administrative assistance to the larger recruitment team
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Schedule interviews, screen resumes, and prepare interview and offer documentation
  • On-board new permanent employees, temporary employees, and interns
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
  • Coordinate Human Resources projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees
  • Assist recruiters with sourcing and maintaining database accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience
  • Previous experience and proven success in an Administrative, HR or Staff Assistant position with relevant administrative and coordination experience
  • Previous financial services experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with an ability to demonstrate confidentiality and good judgment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Experience with HRIS or CRM systems including Salesforce is a plus
