This is a full-time, onsite role working at our facility in Hatfield, PA.The Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR department by ensuring the accurate and timely completion of HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate is meticulous about the accuracy of data within the HRIS system, passionate about the employee experience, and enthusiastic about supporting the Human Resources team, Managers and Team Members.A Day in the Life of a Human Resources Coordinator:
  • Processes required system changes with precise attention to detail for new hires, terminations, department transfers, salary increases, and other employment related matters.
  • Conducts tasks to support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and termination of employees to include composing employee letters such as offer and termination letters.
  • Be a point person for team members with basic questions.
  • Acts as the main point person for employee and manager training events and tracks training accordingly.
  • Maintains physical and/or electronic employee files.
  • Seeks clarification when directions are unclear.
  • Ensures assigned work area(s) are maintained in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
  • Maintains confidentiality and complies with all company policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology. Bachelor's Degree preferred, or two to three years related. experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess a valid Green Card.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required.
  • Prior experience with ADP or an HRIS system preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem- solver with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
