Job DetailsJob Location Lenbrook Square Foundation 3747 Peachtree Rd NE - Atlanta, GA Position Type Full Time Salary Range $61,000.00 - $73,000.00 Travel Percentage None Job Shift 1st Shift DescriptionJob Summary: Responsible for ensuring each outside personal provider (OPP) that is providing any ongoing care/service has met and continues to meet the credentialing requirements to perform work on Lenbrook's campus. The Human Resources Coordinator is the subject matter ex-pert for all policy and procedure for the OPP credentialing program at Lenbrook. Supporting HR processes as needed, maintenance of data in HRIS (Paycom), assisting with HR vendor management and invoices, and HR reporting. Essential functions of the job: •Coordinates the full credentialing process for all new Lenbrook outside personal providers/caregivers (OPP). Coordinates the annual renewal process for credentialed caregivers •Reviews OPP policy on an annual basis and makes recommendations for improvement •Liaise with all agencies to ensure they are current with Lenbrook requirements •Liaise with background company for all required background checks & fingerprints. •Liaise with liability insurer for clarification of discrepancies/renewals •Tracks all required certifications and licensure to ensure compliance •Notifies hiring originator (agency or resident) of any non-compliance with Lenbrook agreements. •Conducts personal onboarding with each OPP to ensure understanding of the Len-brook requirements to work on campus •Prepares recommendations for removal of agency from preferred lists for habitual non-compliance; maintains concern log for each agency. •Creates and replaces OPP badges based on review of appropriate credentialing •Liaise with Security department staff for notifications of OPP's pending and OPP's ineligible to work on campus. •Provides employment verifications to external parties in accordance with standard protocol •Processes OPPs, interns, volunteers, and Board Members •Orders office supplies, business cards, personnel files, medical files, labor law posters, etc. •Tracks MVR for specified associates on an annual basis •Coordinator for all external file audit QualificationsEducation and experience required: •Experience in HR or related field (bachelor's degree preferred). •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications as required. - basic PowerPoint, intermediate Word and Excel •Proficient in Paycom or similar HRIS system Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Salary: $61,000-$73,000 Apply Today: If you're ready to take your career to the next level and become part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
