Mechanical has provided a full range of refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, drain cleaning, and environmental services to commercial, industrial and residential customers.POSITION OVERVIEW:The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator's responsibility is to maintain high levels of organization and time management to execute the daily administrative operations of the Human Resources Department in support of the department's goals in recruitment, training, compliance, and engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with recruiting efforts and maintain applicant tracking systemEnhance and expand candidate pipeline through innovative recruitment strategies, including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), agency relationships, candidate sourcing tools, managing company social media, attending recruitment events, candidate sourcing tools, etc.Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule interviews with hiring managersCoordinate and conduct pre-employment processes and team member onboardingAdministration and coordination of personnel related documentation and processes, including transactional HR requests, data entry, performance reviews/disciplinary action/terminations, etc.Administration of learning management system (LMS) and any other related systems to ensure and maintain complianceMaintain required team member training certifications and logs, schedule appointments and courses for trainings, and any other related reporting activitiesAssist with training and development initiativesOversee administration of employee engagement and culture initiatives and eventsMaintain department calendar and scheduleAdherence to the company's Confidentiality AgreementMaintain company compliance with federal and state HR laws, regulations & requirementsPrepare various daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports as neededPerform additional tasks as need by management assignments per supervisors' directionMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Experience:High School diploma or GED and 1 years' experience in human resources, recruitment, training, marketing, or related fieldOR Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications2 years of HR, recruitment, and/or marketing experienceAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentVerbal & written communication skillsAttention to detail and organizationProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & OutlookG.E.
