As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the HR Team as a whole, primarily giving administrative support. This position will be heavily focused on talent acquisition and new team member onboarding. You will be tasked with tracking and processing team member information and providing internal customer service to our teams. Position is Monday-Friday, 8-5PM. Responsibilities
- Embody and promote positive company culture
- Serve as a company resource for all employees
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR matters
- Assist the IT department with maintaining e-mail distribution lists
- Process unemployment claims
- Manage process for ordering business cards, name tags, recognition awards, etc
- Track and create announcements for team member milestones
- Maintain employee information in HRIS (Paylocity)
- Assist with recruitment efforts as needed
- Renew job ads as needed
- Review and edit job ads
- Conduct candidate screenings
- Schedule interviews
- Conduct reference checks
- Headhunt on LinkedIn and other job boards
- Communicate and attend meetings with hiring managers to determine hiring needs
- Assist with general day-to-day HR operations
Requirements
- Must live in NC, SC, VA, GA, NY, PA or FL
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, projects, and workload
- Proven ability to interact and communicate in a professional, positive, and constructive way
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to receive and be open to feedback
- Motivated to learn quickly, independently, and grow in a recruiting career
- Ability to work fully remote with a suitable office space for focusing on assigned tasks
- Highly organized and adept at prioritizing your workload
- Great at building relationships
*Having prior knowledge/experience in recruitment is a plus Hours of Work This position will require up to 35-40 hours of work throughout the week. Hours can be reduced as need be depending on internal hiring needs. An accommodating schedule can be determined during the interview stages.Salary Description $22.00 hourly
