A client of ours in the automotive manufacturing industry located in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team. This position is responsible for employee relations, training & development, and talent acquisition. This is a full time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

+ Supporting the rollout of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.

+ Participating in the hiring process by coordinating and conducting interviews, offering feedback, facilitating employee onboarding, and welcoming new hires on their first day.

+ Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.

+ Keeping training records and ensuring compliance with regulations to promote ongoing development and continuous improvement within the organization.

+ Providing customer service by responding to employee inquiries and requests.
