Powers Health is hiring a HR Coordinator in our Human Resources Department! #Full-time Job Description: Coordinates a variety of HR administrative functions.# Communicates and interprets policies and to#employees and management; refers unusual or sensitive situations to the appropriate resource.# #Assists with the processing of employee data in HRIS system # new hires, transfers, status changes, evaluations, terminations, etc.# Coordinates and manages LOA process for assigned employees.# Assists in the planning, organization and presentation of educational programs for employees and/or management personnel concerning HR issues.# Assists recruitment with scheduling interviews, references, criminal checks, onboarding, etc. # #Required Skills # Qualifications: Minimum of HS Diploma with 2-4 years related HR experience; Bachelor#s Degree with emphasis in Human Resources with recent related experience preferred. ## Previous experience in recruiting, human resources and/or sales preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point). HRIS, payroll systems a plus.# (Oracle, Kronos, etc.) Basic HR law and compliance knowledge. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, organizational and written communication skills. Must be detailed oriented. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with others.## Ability to work in an office environment with disruptions. Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
