### Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management:
- Maintain an accurate and efficient payroll system to meet facility needs.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports accurately and on time.
- Enter and update employee data, including benefits, salary changes, and PTO balances, into the HRIS system.
- Human Resources Management:
- Implement and manage policies governing HR functions.
- Screen and interview job applicants.
- Process new hire paperwork and maintain organized personnel records.
- Verify employment data and backgrounds of candidates.
- Orient new employees and support their onboarding process.
- Employee Relations:
- Coach and assist managers in addressing staff concerns and resolving problems.
- Maintain records for employee benefits, including health, dental, life insurance, voluntary policies, PTO, and FMLA information.

### Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources and Payroll, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
