We are seeking a people-first Human Resources professional for the Director of Human Resources position at a truly spectacular resort property in Central Florida. This role will oversee a solid HR team, be involved in all HR-related functions and have a strong focus on team management and employee relations. Those with Director-level HR leadership experience with large scale resorts, hotels, casinos or other similar operations will be top candidates. This resort perennially ranks as a top destination in the US and continues to see consistent growth and expansion.

COMPENSATION: Base Salary of $145,000 - $165,000 + 20% bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, 401k w/match, relocation assistance and more!

Human Resources Director Skills/Qualifications:

• 3+ years Director-level HR leadership experience (Hospitality industry REQUIRED)
• Background/Experience in large scale hotel/resort/casino or other similar operation
• Expertise in Employee Relations
• Positive approach to leadership
• Exceptional communication skills (bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus)
