Demonstrated employee relations experience, including providing clear guidance in difficult or ambiguous situations

Executive and leadership coaching experience

Experience in the change management aspect of new programs and initiatives

Strong knowledge of Labor Standards Policies/Guidelines and other relevant legislation

CHRL/CHRE designation or in progress
