An incredibly successful Architecture Firm in the Marshfield area is seeking a Director of Human Resources. Reporting into the CEO, this position will be responsible for all HR issues and the HR function for the company. This is a hands-on position that requires an experienced HR professional to lead the function for the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Executive, Management and Technical Recruiting for the company using minimal outside resources.
- Negotiate salaries and issue offer letters.
- Implement new policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency.
- Resolve employee issues to build a positive and cohesive team environment.
- Write, revise and review company policies and update as necessary.
- Track time, attendance and PTO for all employees.
- Update and maintain human resources website.
- Ensure compliance and uphold company policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
- At least 7 years of experience working as an HR Professional.
- Prior experience running the HR function for a construction company or similar industry.
- Knowledge of benefits plan administration and legal compliance is required.
- Understanding of technical recruiting is highly desirable.
- Must be comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
