Job Description:

Do you have a passion for serving the at risk communities in Washington State? My client has been doing just that for 50+ years and they are looking for an HR professional to help lead them into the future!!! On-site in the Greater Portland area at first to collaborate with the CEO and your staff to create a trusted relationship with both. This position is challenging at the best candidate will have the follow must have skills:

  • BA/BS in Business or Human Resources.
  • SHRM-CP or SPHR certification or the desire to quickly obtain.
  • Progressive career track into Leadership.
  • State and Federal Compliance experience.
  • Onboarding program creation and execution program
  • Strategic Thinker
  • Healthcare or non-profit experience is a huge plus

    • The compensation for this position is to 120K and they have relocation assistance for the right candidate.
