REQUIREMENTS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.
• Prior experience in staffing and payroll is a must.
• Prior experience as an HR Director within a healthcare facility is a must.
• Strong people skills and employee relations skills.
