Position Overview
The Director, Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for providing general HR strategy and services to ISG's largest region, the Americas, as well as two global businesses, GovernX and Research. Reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with a dotted line to the Vice Chairman, President Americas & Asia Pacific. The incumbent will be a member of our global HR Leadership Team.

Position will be based in ISG's corporate headquarters in Stamford, CT. ISG has flexible work arrangements. Time in the office will be dependent upon the schedule of CHRO, Vice Chairman, CEO and supported business leaders. Travel including air travel or auto travel may occasionally be required.
