Job Description:

Firm Administrator/HR Manager

Our client, a law firm based in Blue Bell, PA, is seeking to add a Firm Administrator/HR Manager to their team. The law firm administrator is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm's offices, including staff management and administrative coverage, facilities management, IT management, and internal communications. The firm administrator collaborates with the financial controller, managing partner, and other partners.

The position is fully in-person at the firm's Blue Bell office. The firm is looking for a candidate who is accountable, punctual, detail-oriented, friendly, professional, and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

Facilities management and office operations

* Oversee firm operations and administrative issues for attorneys and staff.

* Manage and address building issues, security, and weather-related issues.

* Act as the primary contact between the firm and landlords.

* Ensure the office is maintained in good condition.

* Coordinate with IT vendors and oversee IT at the firm.

* Oversee software implementation/updates.

* Oversee and coordinate other vendor relationships.

Management of staff and employees and HR responsibilities

* Handle onboarding of all new staff and employees.

* Participate directly in recruitment and hiring of new staff.

* Coordinate and supervise all staff.

* Manage all insurance vendors and renewals.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

* Experience with law firm office management.

* HR experience.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

* Strong organization skills.

* Detail-oriented.
