POSITION: Human Resources Front Desk Clerk DEPARTMENT: Human Resources SALARY: up to $25.00 per hourLEVEL: L14CLOSING DATE: Friday, December 20, 2024 We are the Orlando International Airport! The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) operates OIA and the Orlando Executive Airport. Our airport is a world-class facility serving more than 55 million guests each year and growing. POSITION SUMMARY:Provides general office supportto the Human Resources (HR) staff. Assists with the coordination and processingof Human Resources services in the following areas: recruitment, benefits,compensation, labor and employee relations, retirement, and training anddevelopment. Assists the Human Resources staff with a broad range ofactivities, special events, and projects.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school graduate orequivalent and three (3) years of administrative experience in a high-volumecustomer contact corporate office environment, or an equivalent combination ofeducation, training, and experience. Associate degree and/or Human Resourcesexperience preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and diplomacy at all times while interacting with the public, Aviation Authority management, and employees
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines; able to effectively multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of business software applications required.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, and Excel, working knowledge of Access and PowerPoint.
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to type 50 wpm
  • Bilingual skills desirable
  • Valid Florida driver's license
