ABOUT THE POSITION

Jimerson Birr, a Florida-based business law firm is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support key Human Resources functions, maintain compliance, and streamline processes across our organization. This role will be essential in ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our firm's strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, possess a strong understanding of HR processes, and have experience managing HR reporting, benefits administration, employee relations, performance systems, and compliance.

The HR Generalist role requires a unique blend of technical, administrative, interpersonal, and strategic skills.

WHO WOULD DO WELL IN THIS POSITION?

Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Proficient in HRIS; experience with Paylocity is a PLUS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include MS Forms.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
