Job DetailsDuties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experienceHandle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and complianceProvide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations mattersAssist with recruiting, screening candidates, completing references, filing, license verifications, contacting employeesBe the primary backup for payroll processing, including biweekly and semimonthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changesAssist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy developmentRequired skills and qualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awarenessAptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policiesAdvanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessaryPreferred skills and qualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related fieldProven success working in an HR departmentResourceful mindset and strong attention to detailKnowledge of national laws and regulations related to employmentImpeccable work ethicGet job alerts by email.Sign up now!
