Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, the Human Resource Generalist is highly motivated and self-directed to support an inclusive, collaborative, engaged, and diverse workforce. The position is responsible for administering, interpreting, and supporting Trinity College Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs. Although this position will perform a broad range of human resources functions, a primary focus will include acting as advisor and consultant on employee relations investigations and serve as the leave of absence administrator ensuring adherence to both Trinity Policies and benefits and state and federal laws and regulations.
