Summary:Performs a variety of human resources administration functions, including: conducting hiring processes, recruiting, initial training, new associate orientation, administering benefits, entering associate information into the automated resource system, maintaining personnel files, providing counseling, and maintaining EEO/AA records.Benefits:Depending on experience, Securitas will offer $26-$27/Hour in addition to a full benefit package that includes:

Position Qualifications:

• Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
• Strong communication, planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.
• Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.
• Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
