Job Description:
Position Overview:As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will collaborate with various departments to manage employee relations, performance management, compliance, and support talent acquisition.Core Responsibilities:Employee Relations:Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.Coach and counsel managers and employees on performance issues and interpersonal skills development.Collaborate with managers on annual performance appraisals and merit increase processes.Assist in performance improvement plans for high-potential and underperforming employees.Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes in collaboration with the HR team.Conduct exit interviews to identify systemic issues and develop corrective action plans.Respond promptly to employee inquiries.Policies and Compliance:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations and HR best practices.Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and supporting documents.Provide coaching to managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, and talent management.Stay informed about legal requirements related to employee management and compliance.Collaborate with HR leadership on workers' compensation compliance.Support of HR Department Initiatives:Coordinate projects aligned with the HR strategic plan.Identify areas for process improvement within the organization.Complete special projects as assigned, providing insights on workforce planning and succession planning.Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in employee relations, HR consulting, or a similar role.Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Other Details:Pay Type - SalaryPay Range - $58,800 to $79,600Benefits:Paid time off and paid holidays each yearEmployee bonus program401(k) with company matchPaid life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insuranceCompetitive health benefitsHealth savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) optionsAffordable group dental, vision, critical illness, and accident insuranceEmployee discount on productCorporate gym membershipIf you have any questions or need assistance with the application process, please email: ...@amsoil.comEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledAMSOIL is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
