As the Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in the hotel's pre-opening recruiting and onboarding function.The Human Resources Manager is a highly visible position and plays a crucial role in supporting the overall direction and execution of HR functions in an often fast-paced hospitality environment. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
