Russell Tobin and Associates/Pride Global is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Arlington, VA. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the ecommerce industry. The position is a 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion.

Title: HR Generalist

Pay Rate: $39.00 - 41.50/hr (based on experience)

Work Location: Hybrid in Arlington, VA (3 days onsite; 2 days remote)

40 hours/week // Mon - Fri // 9am-5pm

Duration: 6-month contract unless extended or converted

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to design and administer HR policies and procedures across multiple functional areas. The ideal candidate will be adept at collecting and analyzing HR data, making actionable recommendations to management, and preparing internal communications related to compensation, benefits, and company policies. In this role, you will provide essential support to the client's global services team, which spans across 10,000+ employees worldwide. You will collaborate with business unit directors to drive performance management, employee relations, and escalations, as well as providing policy updates and leadership reviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage HR policies and procedures covering multiple functional areas.
  • Collect and analyze HR data, making recommendations based on findings.
  • Oversee the completion of required paperwork within functional areas.
  • Prepare and communicate internal employee messaging related to compensation, benefits, and policies.
  • Support performance management, employee relations, and escalations.
  • Provide updates on company policies and participate in annual organizational leadership reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with business unit directors to address HR-related tasks, including performance management and employee relations.
  • Manage HR escalations and provide policy updates as necessary.
  • Provide HR support for client's customer service, operations, and language teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years in HR, particularly in performance management and escalations.
  • Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and graphs.
  • Data analytics experience with the ability to interpret and present data insights.
  • Experience in strategic HR, employee relations, and task delegation.
  • Familiarity with standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous experience in HR roles within a tech or people operations setting is highly desirable.
