Position Overview:

At Patrol Protect Secure, Inc. (“PPS”), we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who excels in handling employee relations, coaching management, and spearheading HR projects. This critical role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage diverse HR responsibilities, support recruitment efforts, and lead training initiatives. The ideal candidate will contribute to the foundations of our HR structure, ensuring alignment with our operational goals and enhancing our organizational culture.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee termination processes.

• Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolutions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Conduct regular training sessions on HR practices, compliance, and other topics as necessary to ensure management is informed and compliant with HR policies.

• Project Management: Lead HR projects aimed at building and enhancing the HR infrastructure of the organization. Manage timelines, resources, and implementation of HR initiatives.

• Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date, accurate, and meet legal requirements.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure they meet the needs of the organization and comply with all regulatory requirements.

• Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, ensuring a timely and effective response.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the overall operational efficiency of the organization.

• Knowledge and Expertise: Broad understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Identifying issues, analyzing situations, and developing effective solutions.

• Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks efficiently and keeping accurate records.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation, compliance, and other HR processes.

• Ethical Judgment: Maintaining confidentiality, acting with integrity, and ensuring fairness in all HR practices.

• Strategic Thinking: Understanding the broader organizational goals and aligning HR practices to support those objectives.

• Technology Proficiency: Comfort with HR software and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

• Proficient in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and capable of managing records and generating reports.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

• Effective organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the security services industry, particularly in handling HR for both armed and unarmed services.

• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

• Demonstrated ability to improve HR processes and initiatives in a growing organization.

• Demonstrated skills in project management and executing HR-related projects.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
