They are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join their dynamic team! Salary/Hourly Rate:$27 - $30/hr Position Overview:As an Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources department by providing excellent service to our employees, managing recruitment processes, and promoting a positive work environment. The Human Resources Generalist handles maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist:
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection process by screening and conducting initial interviews with candidates
- Handling employee grievances and concerns, and offering solutions to ensure a harmonious work environment
- Providing support to employees in matters such as leave requests, benefits, and training opportunities
- Collaborating with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conducting employee performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees
- Assisting in the development and management of training programs for employees
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintaining confidentiality of employee and company information
Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related area
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications
- Experience with recruitment and selection processes is preferred
Education Requirements:
- Associate's degree is required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
