The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department's daily operations. This role will assist with various HR tasks, from onboarding new employees to maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding:
Coordinating new hire orientation and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Set up new hires profiles in the HR Information System (HRIS)
Maintain company org charts.
Performance Reviews:
Maintain performance management system.
Coordinating the performance review process
Train new hires on navigating the system
