Eaton County Health and Rehabilitation Services is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
The candidate should have experience in the following areas; employee programs, interviewing and hiring hourly staff, applicant tracking systems, attendance tracking, background checks, benefit coordination, leave management, workers compensation and employment verification.
Other duties include data entry in HRIS, check request preparation for A/P invoices, personnel file maintenance and new hire orientation.
Successful candidate should have the ability to organize time and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Must be flexible and adapt to frequent changes in routine.
This position reports to the HR Manager and advises manager of all issues or concerns as they relate to Human Resources.
Associate's/Bachelor's preferred. HR certification preferred. 1-2 years HR experience required.
