Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our North America HR Team. This role is integral to managing HR functions across our three Jacksonville offices and warehouse facilities. Key Responsibilities:
HR Functions:
- Oversee and manage the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
- Administer employee programs, benefits, wellness, and 401(k).
- Support the coordination of employee training and company events.
- Create and update HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage miscellaneous HR projects or tasks as needed.
Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and counsel to employees and managers on employee relations issues.
- Advise managers on delivering employee feedback and handling disciplinary actions.
- Maintain confidentiality in all HR-related matters.
Leadership Development:
- Support employee leadership and professional development initiatives.
- Coach managers to build effective teams and enhance performance.
Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit for both exempt and non-exempt roles.
- Help create, update, and maintain job descriptions.
- Support the talent selection process, including candidate communication, interview coordination, and assessments.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in employee relations is required.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the logistics or warehouse industry is a plus.
- Certifications: PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
