Support the HR Manager & NA Human Resources Director in a variety of Human Resource functions including day-to-day Human Resource administration, recruitment, benefits administration and assist with other HR Generalists tasks and Human Resource functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist with all on-site Human Resource activities
- Employee On-Boarding
- Organizational Charts
- Functional knowledge of ADP payroll processing
- Assist with Employee Relations
- Assist with employee recruitment
- Assist with STD, HIPAA, and FMLA
- Keep track of annual employee training (including CoC, Handbook Acknowledgement, and other topics)
- Manage external suppliers such as, apartments, lease cars, rental cars etc...
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years related experience in executive assistant role, human resources, or related customer service role.
- Experience in various software such HRIS systems (ADP), PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and making presentations
- Understanding of federal, state and city requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time while meeting deadlines
- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective professional relationships with employees and office leadership
