Human Resources (HR) Generalist Requirements/Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Participate in recruitment efforts, including job fairs, campus events, and job board sourcing
- Coordinate hiring processes, including pre-screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Facilitate team member training programs
- Maintain strong relationships with union members and assist with labor relations
- Advise management on HR policies and practices, ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Assist with payroll administration and HR documentation management
