Langley Federal Credit Union is currently hiring for a Full Time Human Resource Generalist to work from our City Center corporate office, located in Newport News, VA.Job Summary:The Human Resources Generalist Supports Langley's People Strategy by providing superior employee human resource service delivery to all employees. Coaches managers and employees in employment related situations. Assists as needed with processing payroll, benefits administration, managing employee documents, reporting, and regulatory requirements. Recommends activities and initiatives to enhance Langley culture through employee events. Partners with the Training and Development and Organizational Development departments to create an engaged workforce and great employee experience throughout the employment life cycle.
