This role will involve handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration.Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM Certification
- 4+ years of experience in human resources
- Experience in benefits, payroll, recruiting, Employee Relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
