We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by leading recruitment efforts, supporting HR processes, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.As an HR Generalist with a recruitment focus, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while also providing HR support across other key functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, people-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to the growth and development of the firm.This position can be based at any of our 13 office locations: Antigo, Appleton, Clintonville, Eagle River, Green Bay, Marquette, MI, Oshkosh, Rhinelander, Shawano, Sister Bay, Stevens Point, Wausau, or Wisconsin Rapids. Requirements•Manage full-cycle recruitment-from crafting compelling job postings to delivering a seamless onboarding experience.•Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand team needs and role requirements, ensuring we attract the right candidates for each position.•Proactively source candidates using creative methods, including social media, networking events, job boards, and recruitment platforms, to build a strong talent pipeline.•Lead campus recruitment, including attending career fairs and recruiting events to attract top talent from colleges and universities.•Provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring all hiring decisions are in compliance with firm policies and regulations.•Monitor market trends and competitor practices to ensure we are offering competitive compensation packages and staying ahead of recruitment challenges.•Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one.•Coordinate orientation programs, introduce new hires to our company culture, and ensure they feel welcomed and supported.•Continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback and evolving best practices.•Provide support in areas of Human Resources including record keeping, employee relations, policies and procedures, performance and compensation management, benefits administration, and special projects as needed.•Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and areas of compliance.Qualifications:•Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree in human resources preferred.•3+ years of experience in human resources.•Prior recruiting experience preferred but not required. •Experience using HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred).•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.•Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.•Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding practical, effective solutions.•Prior experience in a professional services environment is a plus.Culture and Core Values:KerberRose offers a fun, supportive atmosphere of professionalism marked by a personal touch.
