We are recruiting for a part-time bilingual Human Resources Generalist in the Chelsea area. The position is approximately 24 hours per week. The Human Resources Generalist will focus on employee relations, on-boarding new hires, benefits, and other human resources tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee questions, concerns, and performance issues.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding benefits options and help resolve any related issues.
- Assist with terminations, investigations, and documentation.
- Provide guidance on company policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and communicated effectively.
- Support talent management activities.
- Create communications to educate employees on responsibilities and compliance.
- Develop external HR networking relationships and maintain employment law compliance.
- Conduct research and update HR practices and policies, ensuring proper storage of information.
- Promote a positive work environment and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Human Resources role required.
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or equivalent work experience required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to develop strong relationships and credibility throughout the business.
- Ability to maintain flexibility and balance a variety of interactive and administrative tasks.
