Are you an experienced HR professional looking to take on a dynamic role where you can make an impact? We're seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join an industry leading manufactruing team ! This position offers the chance to contribute to a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee the recruitment process: sourcing candidates, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and build partnerships with local vendors and universities to create a robust talent pipeline.
Provide policy and procedure guidance to employees and management, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations and resolutions, while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
Administer new hire onboarding and orientation, recommending enhancements to improve processes.
Manage benefits enrollment, leave administration, and employee status changes.
Drive engagement through coaching leaders, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating exit interviews.
Collaborate with the HR team to implement initiatives related to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience managing employee relations and coaching senior leaders.
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software (Workday experience is a plus).
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
