Responsibilities:

Payroll & Benefits

· Run Payroll - Prepare weekly time and attendance reports for Payroll. Ensure that all paid time off, absences and leaves are accurately tracked

· Administer benefits plans for all of the Company's Pennsylvania locations, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Reconcile benefits statements to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.

· Conduct internal audits of payroll, benefits, 401k, workers comp, and work on recommended corrective action.

· Ensure that all new hire paperwork is properly completed and that all employee files are appropriately maintained.

Facilitate or provide training (including new hire orientation) to the workforce.

Employee relations

· Coach, counsel and guide managers before executing employee disciplinary actions. - Manage and track all employee disciplinary action.

· Handles employee relations issues as assigned.

· Assist with the administration of the performance review process on UKG.

· Partner with employees, HR team and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations.

· Prepare written communication to employees

· Other duties as assigned.

Talent Acquisition

  • Create and execute sourcing strategy to source candidates, building talent pool for current and future requirements
  • Focus on direct sourcing methodologies to attract top talent for roles
  • Managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing through to offer management.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant candidate pools
  • Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities
  • Conduct role briefing with internal client and set expectations for recruitment process
  • Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate

Administrative

  • Manage office operations, including cafeteria sourcing, coordination with the management building, potential third-party contracting, and employee event planning.

· Responsibilities for executive administration support include travel support, making domestic and international travel arrangements and completing expense reports and assistance in preparing for meetings.

· Assist the CEO with administrative needs such as expense reports.

Desired Skills:

· Super user in HRIS (UKG ready).

· Must have advanced Excel experience and Microsoft Office

· Handle confidential information and materials in an appropriate manner.

· Possess excellent problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a global business culture while also adaptable to the local cultural environment

· Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable interacting with employees at all levels

Requirements:

· A Bachelor degree from a four-year, accredited college in human resources, social science, business administration, operations or related discipline is required.
