The HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: new employee onboarding, benefits administration, Worker's Compensation processing, policy implementation, 401(k) administration, annual reporting (i.e. EEO), and employment law compliance.

Location: El Cajon, CA (onsite)
Status: Full Time, Exempt
Responsibilities:
· Manages the new employee onboarding and offboarding processes
· Ensures all mandatory employee training is completed and documented in a timely manner. Includes management of ETP state training program
· Maintains HRIS, ensuring information is updated timely and accurately, and compiles reports as needed. Ensures employee files are in compliance at all times
· Manages all benefits from enrollments/changes in HRIS and Benefits Software, communicates benefits information to employees individually and at annual open enrollment
· Manages 401(k) plan: weekly payment to 401K Administrator, processes timely enrollments/separations, loan requests, and assists with annual true-up
· Maintains annual reporting documents including OSHA 300, 5500, 1095 and EEO-1 in accordance with regulations
· Manages I-9 documents in accordance with the USCIS regulations
· Manages employee leaves of absence in compliance with state and federal regulations
· Reviews benefits insurance invoices each month to ensure accuracy of data and forwards to accounting for payment
· Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent in related work experience
· 5-7 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources
· Knowledge of standard Human Resources policies and procedures
· Knowledge of state and federal Human Resources regulations
· Previous HRIS experience required, Viewpoint experience preferred
