As a key member of our HR team, you will utilize your LinkedIn Recruiter expertise to attract, screen, and onboard top talent. You will foster strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process. Your commitment to exceptional customer service will ensure that every candidate and employee feels valued and informed, while your high attention to detail will guarantee that our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, attract, and engage top talent across various disciplines.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance the overall candidate experience.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support employee relations initiatives and assist with conflict resolution as needed.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on candidate and employee experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of HR software, preferably Paylocity.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
