Human Resources Generalist - VA & MD - $70K-$75K

Our client, a premier automotive group across the DMV, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their busy and growing team!

About the Job:

• Manage the onboarding process including all I-9 and verification requirements.
• Support the HR team with the development and roll-out of new policies and procedures.
• Conduct orientations at the different stores located across the DMV and up to Baltimore.
• Provide assistance with employee relations issues, investigations, analysis, and resolution.
• Collaborate and contribute to the department's goals through additional tasks as requested.

About You:

• 3+ years of hands-on human resources experience; bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Passionate about growing your human resources career.
• Team player with strong communication skills and a customer service attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with team members and employees.
• Comfortable driving between Northern Virginia and Baltimore as HR programs and staff orientations require.

About the Position:

• $70K-$75K salary (DOE).
• On-site 5x/week, including weekly travel in NoVA or Maryland.
