Human Resources Generalist 0-5 years experience

Location: Greater Indianapolis Area (Central Indiana)

Language: Must speak English and Spanish

Work involves facilitating training programs, and guiding employees through workplace concerns, advising employees on benefits, conflict resolution and other HR related programs.

Qualifications:

• 0-5 years experience in HR; Recent graduates with internships or entry-level experience in HR are welcomed.
• Conversational Spanish and English: Ability to talk / communicate with employees in both Spanish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources concentration.
• Technical Skills: aptitude with Microsoft / Office applications.
• Certifications: SHRM credentials (PHR/SPHR) are a plus but not required.
• Salary is commensurate with experience
