Description We are in search of an experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist to become an integral part of our team. This role, based in New York, New York, is within the industry and provides a short term contract employment opportunity. As an HR Generalist, you will primarily focus on Benefits Administration, Payroll for 101 - 500 Employees, Workday HCM, and Workday Recruiting.Responsibilities:- Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs- Handle payroll operations for a workforce of 101 to 500 employees- Utilize Workday HCM for various HR functions- Employ Workday Recruiting for effective talent acquisition- Ensure adherence to HR regulations and company policies- Collaborate with other HR team members to streamline HR processes- Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues- Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.
