The company is headquartered on a 10-acre campus in northern New Jersey.We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking HR Manager to join our growing team.Responsibilities Consistently recruiting excellent staffMaintain a smooth onboarding processTrain, counsel, and coach staffCarry out necessary administrative duties; including performance and wage reviewsDevelop clear policies and ensure policy awarenessCreate clear and concise reportsHandle workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination proceduresMaintain employee and workplace privacyLead a team of junior human resource managers Who YOU Are Process driven and organizedCan communicate easily and clearly - verbally, in reports and in writingWork well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalentExperience in human resources or related fieldAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with colleaguesExperience in educating and coaching staffExperience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigationsExperience in following and maintaining workplace privacyKnowledge of relevant health and safety laws is a plus What We OfferThe EarthCam package includes excellent salaries, bonuses, benefits, and constant opportunities for development - designed to create an entrepreneurial, invigorating and satisfying environment.
