Job Title: HRIS Analyst ICIMS Platform

Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Team: People Operations

Overview:

A partner and client of LHH is seeking a dedicated and proactive HRIS Analyst specializing in the ICIMS platform. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and efficient management of HR data and systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with the People Operations team to support and enhance the HRIS environment.

About the Role:

This HRIS Analyst role is crucial for our partner's HR operations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the ICIMS platform and will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of HR data management. The role requires a high level of independence, initiative, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the People Operations team and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ICIMS Management:
  • Handle offer modules, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure the accuracy of templates.
  • Manage the Text to Apply platform and Video Studio.
  • Reporting and Data Management:
  • Generate new hire and termination reports.
  • Update employee files and ensure data accuracy.
  • Facilitate setups for managers to create Workday flows.
  • Manage system integrations, escalations, and troubleshooting.
  • System Maintenance:
  • Regularly check data alignment across systems.
  • Maintain and manage a customized version of ICIMS.
  • Ensure proper mapping of new hires (approximately 2000 per year) to the correct organizational structures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with the ICIMS platform.
  • Experience with the offer module, system configuration, troubleshooting, and templates.
  • Familiarity with new hire and termination reports.
  • Understanding of Workday is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Highly proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently without direct peers.
  • Ability to work in Parsippany, NJ in a hybrid model.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with system integrations and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and operations.
  • Ability to manage and maintain a customized HRIS environment.
  • Proactive learning attitude and participation in forums and groups related to ICIMS.
