This intern will help to advocate for and foster a culture of inclusion by supporting programming and employee resource group activities among other special projects. The intern will also gain valuable leadership and program management experience across multiple functional disciplines such as; Human Resource Business Partnership, Employee Relations and other functions as assigned. This internship provides the opportunity for the student to gain broad experience in Human Resources. As part of the comprehensive internship program, interns will participate in events which help them build a strong network within the SJI community and with fellow interns.
