Provide support to the team in recruiting, staffing, compensation, employee relations, engagement and retention, and talent development.Responsibilities:Provide transactional support of employee and organizational changesUses policies and guidelines to coordinate Human Resources related projectsMaintain and update HR Records and ensure all filing of documents is accurate and timelyCompile and provide data to management regarding vacancies, turnover, exit interview and other statistics as neededAssist HR Manager and HR Business Partner and perform other duties as assignedAbility to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in servicesSupport Recruitment activity as needed in partnership with talent acquisition function, including but not limited to local career fairs and community outreach opportunities.Qualifications:Working towards a 4-year degree in Human Resources or related field and or a minimum of 0-2 years of HR Generalist experience; Must have completed at least 2 years of undergraduate coursework (rising Junior/Senior)Strong customer service skills, excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsStrong computer skills to include: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointA strong sense of urgency and attention to detailAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independentlyExperience with confidential documentsPrevious HR experience is a plus*Constellation will not be providing visa sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
