We are looking for a Human Resource Recruiter who would be excited and passionate about growing our company. A HR Recruiter that can handle a start to finish process. This would include writing and posting all job positions, screening all applicants to determine if they are meeting the position requirements, prescreening interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding once ready to hire. Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm onsite office based in Boise Idaho.

• Recruiting and interviewing skills required
• Computer, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel experience required
• Supports workplace diversity
• Familiarity with relevant employment Law and labor regulations required
• Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
• At least a bachelor's degree in human resources management or a relevant field required
• 3 years of prior experience as an HR Recruiter required
• Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management etc.)
• Experience with resume systems
• Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills necessary
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills necessary
• Experience in a retail environment preferred
