Job Responsibilities

• Manages all Human Resources activities such as employee relations, benefits, leaves of absence, new hire orientation and training.
• Evaluates and makes recommendations for HR-related programs, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains all personnel and payroll data.
• Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment including but not limited to I-9 employment eligibility, EEO, etc.
• Must have extensive experience handling employee relations matters and possess the ability to handle these matters with confidence.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR.
• Must be forward-thinking and innovative.
• Must be resilient and flexible.
• Previous payroll data entry and processing experience.
• Efficient HR administration and meticulous attention to detail.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $33.60 - $38.40 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
