- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy: Drive the recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent for all levels of the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective hiring processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and building a pipeline of future talent.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement programs that promote engagement and a positive workplace culture. Regularly gather feedback through surveys and other channels, using insights to strengthen retention and support a collaborative work environment.
- Performance Management & Development: Design and oversee a comprehensive performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and continuous feedback loops. Partner with leaders to identify development opportunities and ensure the team has access to learning and growth resources.
- Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies are up-to-date and in line with regulatory standards, fostering an environment of fairness, consistency, and accountability. Monitor industry best practices, adjusting policies as needed to remain competitive and compliant.
- Leadership Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, offering strategic guidance on organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning to support long-term growth.
Your Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; an advanced degree or HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: Strong background in HR management, with a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Experience in a multi-site or hospitality environment is advantageous.
- Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels and influence organizational change.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically, offering creative solutions that align with business goals and enhance the employee experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS and data analysis tools to support informed decision-making and streamline HR operations.
