Experience as HR Manager at a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences company - 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources manager - Experience with employee hiring and discharge, employee training, coaching, and counseling - Ability to organize and plan activities of the team - Knowledge of the specialized functions of Human Resources Management - Bachelor's degree
